This oak leaf garland looks great strung along a mantelpiece or shelf to herald in Autumn. The garland is approximately 1m 50cm in length with two hanging loops either end fixed with tartan wooden buttons. The acorn caps are real and filled with various warm Autumn shades of felted wools. This garland features a needle felted hedgehog called Hazel who is clutching a small wicker basket in her lap filled with a crochet bramble and felt oak leaf. She wears a cosy hand knitted wool scarf and a needle felted jumper. Around her waist is a linen apron tied with ribbon at the back. Hazel is approximaterly 14cm in height which makes her one of my larger garland characters. Beside her are two handmade 100% wool oak leaves and acorn and a grapevine heart with button detail. There are also hand stitched and wired oak leaves either end and many small natural elements throughout. Each garland I make is different and unique & this is a one off piece. There is a Wild & Wool fabric label sewn in.
Sorry this Autumn garland is not a toy and unsuitable for children under the age of 12 due to possible choking hazards.
