Baubles don't have to be enjoyed just for Christmas. This flat bottomed glass bauble contains a nature scene that can be displayed all year round, either sitting on a shelf or hanging from a hook. Inside this bauble is a wet felted stone pebble which has been sewn with embroidery threads to give a feeling that it is mossy and lichen covered. Sitting on the pebble are two wool felt daisy head stems which have been needle felted and hand stitched. Surrounding the daisies are hand coloured and stitched wool felt ivy leaves. A needle felted bumble bee nestled on top of one of the daisy heads. There is also a tiny hand stitched and felted toadstool sprouting on the edge of the pebble. The bauble has been strung with a honey coloured velvet ribbon finished with an ivy leaf and wooden button. The bauble is approximately 14cm cm in height x 12cm in width. The wool sculpture inside can be carefully removed to clean the glass bauble. A Wild & Wool fabric label is attached to the outside ivy leaf.
