Bluebell blue tit and her nest of eggs would make a wonderful Spring display or brighten a mantelpiece or shelf all year round. Bluebell has been needle felted and then sewn into with numerous embroidery stitches to embelish and add texture and colour. She is perched on the edge of a grapevine nest with three needle felted eggs nestled inside. Bluebell is approximately 8cm in height and 12cm in length from beak to tail. The whole piece is about 23cm x 20cm in scale. The nest has been embellished with faux moss, real lichen and twigs. There are hand stitched wool felt leaves, a primrose, acorn and needle felted catkins. Bluebell has black glass bead eyes and there is a Wild & Wool fabric label sewn in.
