This heirloom Christmas wreath features a needle felted snowman called Pippin. Pippin wears a jaunty black flocked top hat on his head with a muted gold velvet ribbon band and finished with glitter snow and a sprig of holly. Wrapped around his neck is a red checked cotton scarf. Balanced over his shoulder is a sweeping brush. Tucked under his arm is a beautifully wrapped Christmas present. Perched on his other arm is a tiny needle felted robin friend. The wreath is made of willow and is 30cm x 30cm in size. Pippin is approximately 15cm in height. The wreath is hung on a luxury double sided burgundy velvet loop. The willow wreath has been embellished with hand made roses, hand sewn and wired ivy leaves, holly leaves, mistletoe, a poppy seed head as well as needle felted acorns, beech nuts and fabric covered buttons. Pippin is strung in the centre of the wreath by the velvet ribbon tied in a bow and above him is a small Indian bell. This enables him to swing freely like a mobile or he can be displayed flat against a wall when hung on a hook. There is a Wild & Wool fabric label attached.
