Little Jenny wren and her nest of eggs would make a wonderful Spring display or brighten a mantelpiece or shelf all year round. This little wren has been needle felted firmly for longevity. She is perched on the edge of a grapevine nest with three needle felted eggs nestled inside. The Jenny wren is approximately 8cm in height to the tip of her tail and 9cm in length from beak to tail. The whole piece is roughly about 25cm x 25cm in scale. The nest has been embellished with faux moss, real lichen, acorn caps and twigs. Included in the nest are hand stitched wool felt ivy leaves and acorn leaves, hand stitched felt primroses, needle felted acorns, needle felted catkins, handmade felt snowdrops and a daffodil. Jenny wren has black glass bead eyes and there is a Wild & Wool fabric label included in the nest.
Sorry Jenny wren and her nest is not a toy and unsuitable for children under the age of 12, due to possible choking hazards.
