Robin red breast and her nest of eggs would make a wonderful Spring display or brighten a mantelpiece or shelf all year round. This little robin has been needle felted firmly for longevity. She is perched on the edge of a grapevine nest with three needle felted eggs nestled inside. The robin is approximately 10cm in height and 16cm in length from beak to tail. The whole piece is roughly about 26cm x 22cm in scale. The nest has been embellished with faux moss, real lichen, acorn caps and twigs. There are hand stitched wool felt ivy leaves, a stitched primrose, acorn, needle felted catkins and felt apple blossom flowers. Robin has black glass bead eyes and there is a Wild & Wool fabric label included in the nest.
Sorry Jenny wren and her nest is not a toy and unsuitable for children under the age of 12, due to possible choking hazards.
